Mr. R.C. Bajpai was enrolled as a member of the ICAI in 1975 and has an experience of more than
30 years in almost every facet of the accounting profession. He is also a
member of Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, Austin, USA
he has been awarded this membership on the basis of
his wide experience in the field of Bank Fraud
Investigation and Forensic Accounting in addition to
this he is a
member of Indian Council Of Arbitrators.
He has specialization in the field of
Insurance Surveys and also in providing services to MNCs in the field of
finance accounts, Inventory Management. Mr. R. C.
Bajpai is also the President of
the Association Of Arbitrators, which is a registered society operating in
Northern Region of India, and having more than 50 Chartered Accountants as
its members.
He has presented paper on Practical Approach to Arbitration Procedure at CIRC of ICAI.
He has also presented paper on Fire Policy at the Zonal Training Institute of
The New India Assurance Company Ltd.;
Mr. R.C. Bajpai is the Managing Partner of the firm and in that capacity looks
after the entire range of practice relating to Insurance Surveys, Audit, Taxation,
Investigations, Outsourcing Agency incase of NBFCs, Banks & MNCs.

Mrs. J.K. Karanjia was enrolled as a member of ICAI in 1985.
She is in charge for the Lucknow branch of the firm. She has an experience of 15 years of post qualification in the
various fields of Auditing, managing the activities of services provided by the firm as service providers to various clients from Lucknow Branch.
She completed her intern ship from M/s Price Water Coopers in Mumbai.
